Delivery Service
The cleanse runs once a month, from Monday to Friday, with three deliveries scheduled throughout the program:
Delivery 1: Days 1 and 2 (Vitals)
Delivery 2: Days 3 and 4 (Vitals)
Delivery 3: Day 5 (Vitals)
Los Angeles & Ventura County:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings
before 7:00 am
Orange County & Santa Barbara County: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday
evenings by 9:00 pm
Cleanse
The Sirona Cleanse formula guides your body on a gradual and healthy shift from alkalizing whole foods and juices on days 1 and 2, to healthy and sustaining liquids including smoothies, juice, broth, and soup on days 3 and 4, followed by a return to whole foods and juices on day 5. The gentle and effective Sirona Cleanse delivers profound results. Upon signing up, you’ll receive a comprehensive Sirona Cleanse Handbook. Directions will be provided daily to clearly map out how and when to enjoy Sirona Cleanse vitals.Â
5 DAY EAT THINK AND DRINK GUT RESET
What you receive
Sirona will provide everything you need to participate in the Think, Eat and Drink Gut Reset. Recommended to do after the Sirona Cleanse and Flush. Brighdie will use her healing arts of vegan wholefoods to refortify and restore your gut Biome therefore, strengthening the Brain and Gut connection.
Delivery Service
This Reset runs quarterly and is scheduled to follow the Sirona Cleanse and Flush. Starting on Saturday and ending on Wednesday. There are 3 deliveries throughout the program.
Delivery 1: Days 1 and 2 (Vitals)
