Yoga Classes:
Two yoga classes per day provide participants with a chance to engage in physical activity, enhance flexibility, and promote mental well-being.

Health Talks with Dr. Gail:
Scheduled health talks with Dr. Gail Marasse on Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday mornings offer valuable insights into nutrition and well-being, aligning with Brighdie’s commitment to understanding how the body heals itself.

Oak and Ocean Sauna:
The availability of the Oak and Ocean sauna at participants’ convenience adds a therapeutic dimension to the retreat, allowing for relaxation and detoxification.

Wellness Practitioners:
The range of services provided by wellness practitioners, including facials, massages, reiki, and acupuncture, contributes to a comprehensive approach to health. The option to schedule appointments through a Google Drive calendar adds convenience and organization.

Sirona Wellness Menu:
Once your reservation is made, a wellness menu with services and prices will be emailed for you to customize your experience based on your preferences and needs.

Transportation Note:
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Oak and Ocean venue.
